Over the past 9 months Noel has successfully sold two properties for me. After the first sale there was really no question as to who would handle the 2nd sale I was impressed by: * His attention to getting the details right; * Making sure things he did everything that he said he would do actually happened; * Took on board input I gave and, if he saw flaws with my suggestions, was very tactful in explaining his reasons for suggesting a different approach; * On top of all of that he's real decent fellow and a good bloke!
