A pleasure to work with Noel, a knowledgeable and motivated agent who kept us updated every step of our house sale. Noel provided regular, comprehensive reporting and feed back throughout the campaign. We appreciated his gentle sense of humour, patience and easy going manner while knowing Noel had our best interests at the forefront of negotiations. We therefore, have no hesitation in recommending Noel and the Tremains team.
We are from out of the area re-locating here thus dealing with very tight viewing times, Noel was highly professional and extremely likable. We have met with a lot of agents throughout our house hunting and both of us agreed that we are hopeful that we purchase a property through Noel. We are both thrilled with Noel and we certainly did not have a straight-forward journey to get to the end. - We Highly recommend Noel to anyone
Noel went above and beyond for us! His compassion, professionalism and genuine care in the sale of our property made this a very stressless experience and we would not hesitate to recommend to him to anyone selling their property! Thank you so much Noel.
Noel's professionalism leaves him streets ahead, he is very very knowledgeable and that showed through when communicating with us and his clients. He left no stone unturned in following up and I would have no hesitation in recommending Noel. If the occasion ever arrives again, the first call would be to Noel.
We appreciate Noel's help and expertise with our recent purchase on our first home. Noel was able to answer any questions and help us through the process. Thanks for your help Noel.
We had the pleasure of working with Noel as our real estate agent and were very impressed by his outstanding communication and professionalism. Despite our home taking longer to sell, Noel remained dedicated and kept us well-informed throughout the process. Noel's integrity and respect for all parties involved were commendable. I highly recommend Noel as a reliable real estate agent who will go above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome.
We were really impressed with our service from Noel. We chose Noel as he was a family man and had a really great name in the community which we felt would help with our house sale. He did not disappoint - not only did he get a huge amount of potential buyers through the property we also got an offer within a few weeks. Throughout the process Noel kept us informed, he was always a phone call/text away and we found he gave us a high level of professionalism with a friendly manner. We will be recommending Noel to others.
Noel was great to deal with during the recent purchase of a property. Very knowledgeable of the property, quick to respond to my questions, and happy to work with me to arrange additional viewings. Would be more than happy to work with Noel again in the future.
Noel was so easy to deal with, listened to our needs and followed through. Really good communication. House sold so quickly and Noel kept us informed at all times even when I had family visiting from abroad. Would certainly list with Noel again in the future.
Fantastic to deal with - listens, engaging and honest. He provided an up to date review and definitely did not try and push you into anything. His appraisal was accurate and did not over value the property just to get the listing. The thing I valued most about Noel; was his integrity and professionalism.
We had been looking to purchase for over 5 months. Noel listened to our needs/wish list and really went above and beyond persevering to find us our new home. Very reliable, going the extra mile to make the purchase as stress-free as possible. Highly recommend Noel to anyone looking to purchase, or sell, as nothing was too much trouble; not because it's his job - it is Noel's knowledge of the community, his values, and character that make him the outstanding agent and person he is! A credit to Tremains! Thanks again, Noel! :)
Noel exceeded our expectations. Excellent communication throughout and he went the extra mile ( + ) to ensure our sale proceeded smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
