As soon as we met Noel, we knew he was the right person to list our home with. And we were right. Noel is the ultimate professional with a lovely personality. He gave us excellent advice throughout the sale process and beyond and we would highly recommend him.
Noel’s attention to the little ‘things’ was much appreciated through this whole process. No questions were unimportant or not answered with a calm, unflustered manner and always in an accepting way. We are very happy!

As first time sellers, our experience selling our beloved first home went smoothly. Noel, Janine and the whole Tremains team who were involve did an awesome job marketing our property. Photos were so good and even how they describe our beloved home was touching. They made everything so easy from start to finish. Very happy with the result. Will definitely be in touch with them in the future. Thanks again team!
Noel was exactly the agent we'd hoped for to sell our property. We were looking for someone personable who was easy to work, someone who could talk to potential buyers about our land, sell the dream and the surrounding area without being "salesy" and someone that our potential buyers could trust. Noel ticked all these boxes. He was hard working, communicated on all major updates and well exceeded timeline expectations. He brought us multiple offers most of which were a lot better than we expected which shows that he convinced potential buyers to put their best foor forward. Closing out the deal and the details that come after signing went very smoothly. We couldn'd have asked for a better agent than Noel!
We found Noel to be an absolute pleasure to work with whilst we were going through the purchase process of our dream avocado Orchard. Noel was well spoken, well presented, professional, honest and efficient from start to finish! We would most definitely work with Noel again in the Sale or purchase of property! Thank you Noel from Fiona and Graeme Marshall
Noel has impressed us with his integrity, and his level of clear communication. Nothing was too much trouble.
If you're wanting an agent to help you sell, or someone who will assist you to purchase - then definitely keep Noel Benstead on your radar. An honest guy, who will do the homework to then offer you a well rounded and considered evaluation. This totally helped us achieve what we were after. Through our selling process, Noel was truly professional, very well connected and set real targets and expectations. A great communicator as well. Thanks Noel, appreciated working with you.
