I had an excellent purchasing experience with Nitin as the realtor. An issue did crop up with the roof. It was a surprise to both parties (the property being only a couple of years old). Nitin helped to find a solution that was good for both parties. He saved the deal. He was always responsive and helpful to my calls and questions. If I ever sell this property then he will be the first realtor on my list.
