We couldn’t recommend Nina and David James highly enough. They did an absolutely incredible job selling our home in Nelson while we were living completely remotely in Australia, something that could have been incredibly stressful, but they made the whole process feel remarkably easy. From the very beginning, Nina was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and genuinely lovely to deal with. We had complete confidence in her and David, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of while we were on the other side of the Tasman. Their communication was fantastic, they kept us informed every step of the way, and we always felt that our home was in the best possible hands. They put so much care, energy and attention into the sale, and it was obvious that they genuinely wanted the best possible outcome for us. Selling a house remotely requires an enormous amount of trust, and Nina and David completely earned ours. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to look after our home and the whole selling process.
