Nikki was by far the best agent we had met. We had been hunting for our dream house for quite some time. We had dealt with multiple agents and absolutely struggled to get answers, and understand everything as this was our first home. Nikki took time to explain the process and made sure all our questions were answered. We are grateful to come across Nikki who absolutely loves what she her job. She exceeded our expectations.
Nikki by far exceeded any expectation we had, going over and above from start to finish with the sale of our property, even with the time constraints of being under contract on another property. A huge eye for detail, communicating every step of the way and finishing with a fantastic result. Would work time & time again with her. Ten stars.
We had a fantastic experience working with Nikki. She was professional, had great communication skills, and was highly knowledgeable of the local market. Her prompt response to our inquiries and ability to keep us informed throughout the buying process made us feel confident and supported. We highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent.
We cannot thank Nikki enough for her service and engagement and absolutely recommend her to anyone else needing real estate services.
Nikki helped find exactly what we were looking for and then made selling ours easy. She had great ideas and insight, going over and above to help get our place ready to sell. We would be happy to recommend Nikki to anyone.
Nikki was very approachable and professional. She has a good knowledge of sale and purchase agreements clauses and cross leases and was able to get a very quick sale. We would highly recommend Nikki for anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.
Right from the beginning we found them to be incredibly informative, very professional, onto it and quick in responding in everything, great job team. I would definitely recommend 👍😊
Nikki was amazing sensitive and professional and gave me practical advice.
Right from our first meeting with Nikki, we knew we were dealing with a very dynamic person. She immediately connected with us and gave us confidence in her ability. Our situation was potentially tricky as we were selling a property on behalf of our elderly parents with four family members involved. Her enthusiasm and positivity is contagious, but she is also very realistic. Nothing was a problem and her communication was outstanding. Nikki was quick to make suggestions and provide feedback during the entire marketing process in order to achieve a positive outcome. Working in conjunction with Nick and the First National team made the entire experience very enjoyable due to their professionalism and service. We highly recommend Nikki as a Real Estate agent.
Nikki was able to suggest other properties that suited our needs.
Nikki has been amazing. This is our first home and Nikki helped us find just what we were looking for, let us view the property as many times as we liked and talked with us and or children about our goals and dreams for a home for us. Nikki kept us updated and asked us if she could help with anything often. She helped make this experience less stressful. We would highly recommend Nikki. Thank you so much!
Nikki has been extremely patient with us throughout this process and in the end we absolutely got the result we were after. Will without a doubt use her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a agent who has their best interests as a priority.
