We had met Niki at 2 previous open homes before we arrived at our “family to be” home. She was always approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely seemed happy to help. She even proposed questions that we sometimes hadn’t thought of. Being our first time going through the process of buying our home, Niki lightened the load immensely and it’s only looking back now that I see it more clearly.
