Nikhil arranged to meet with us as we were visiting CHCH to consider relocating there. He got to know us as a family, understood what we needed and wanted, took the time to show us around multiple options and really went above and beyond for us. From the first moment of communication when we enquired about a house he was selling, he was professional, friendly, responsive and extremely knowledgeable.
