Nikhil was great to work with. He always gave us updates on WhatsApp and explained things clearly. He helped us sell not just our house but also our TV and solar panel (SolarZero). The house was sold in 7 days. He really knows how to sell a property. He was polite and easy to talk to. I would tell others to go with him, especially if you need your house sold fast. He is up for the challenge and gets the job done. We also liked that his company gives a portion of their commission to a non-profit organisation. That was a nice bonus.

Nikhil was very helpful in our property search, once we saw a property we liked online, we got in touch and he took us on a video walk through, as we don’t currently live in Christchurch.
