Nigel Martin

Nigel was the agent who made it possible for us to purchase our first home in a faces paced market. Nigel emailed me a few times a week with the latest listings which were suited to us, and was so flexible with viewings, which was great as I am a shift worker. He arranged for us to see homes before the open homes, giving us an advantage of viewing before everyone else. We also love his personal touches of hot cross Easter buns dropped to our house, and a card on our purchase anniversary. Nigel took all the hard work out of our search - I have and will continue to recommend Nigel to friends and family looking to purchase and sell in Napier/Taradale.

With moving from another town, it was very helpful to get into a nice area and have a agent with knowledge of schools, and good eating places.. Nigel also listened to every thing that we wanted and made our shopping easier.

We really enjoyed the experience of buying a house with Nigel. He found what we wanted. Got us in to see it straight away. Helped us get in touch with all the people we needed to make it happen. We were at the auction a week or so later. We thought we had completely missed out but due to Nigel's fantastic knowledge of how the processes work we got exactly what we wanted! And at the price we wanted! It was so much fun we laughed almost the whole way through! Nigel is definitely someone to have on your team! Thanks Nigel :-)
