Worked hard!

In a really unknown market, it felt like Nicolette worked really hard for both us (as buyers) and the sellers to meet a middle ground! We appreciate that she never made us feel unwelcome when we had to ask 100 questions. Secondly, once the price was sorted and documents signed, Nicolette was readily available for us to be able to complete due diligence. From memory we completed a building report 2 days post going unconditional. Finally, post sale ✔️ we’ve had another 50+ questions and Nicolette was STILL always available.
