Nicolette has been extremely helpful throughout our process of looking at and buying our new house. It was especially nice that we never felt being pushed into making a decision. After the sale Nicolette has kept on helping us prepare for the move and settling in. We can thoroughly recommend her in every way.

Nicolette was very pro active in finding us a new home. She knew what we were looking for and kept us updated on upcoming properties that she thought would be of intereset. She has a professional manner, communicates well and has great organisation skills. We throughly enjoyed our experience working with Nicollete.

Nicolette is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Beachlands area. Her attention to detail and professionalism in her work was outstanding and she looked after our needs extremely well culminating in the purchase of our next home.

Nicollette and the 003 team have extensive local knowledge and strong networks with buyers and sellers. They are great to deal with and very helpful and supportive. Really appreciated having them on our team!

Nicolette and the team were very professional and accomodating, going extra mile and organised additional viewings for us. Pleasant and trouble free expirience.

Nicolette was responsive, knowledgeable and professional at all times, including in her after sale dealings between us and our purchaser

Thank you very much Nicolette and team. We really appreciate your hard work and understanding when assisting us to sell this Estate property. Would definitely recommend.

Nicolette was very warm and welcoming from the moment my family and I walked into the property. She greeted us with a smile and was very helpful in answering the many questions my parents and grandfather had. We would highly recommend Nicolette to anyone looking at purchasing or selling in beachlands! Thank you Nicolette for your warm approach and extremely detailed responses. 10/10 from us! Tiara and Family :)

Nicolette helped me to find the perfect place. She knows the area and knew exactly what I wanted. She is professional and personable, keeping me informed every step of the way. I would thoroughly recommend her. Thanks so much Nicolette.

From the outset it was obvious that Nicolette was fully aware of local conditions as she had extensive knowledge of the market . This was during a difficult time when there was a downturn in the sale of properties. Her communications skills were brilliant and she kept us up to date on a very regular basis. I know that she worked exceedingly hard during the sale process as we were in a "chain" of potential buyers and sellers . Nicolette was always very honest and open and provided outstanding service at ALL times, in a highly professional manner. Thank you so much Nicolette.

Nicolette was my first contact when I saw a chance to upgrade to a new home & selling our existing. She’s professional yet friendly & not only happy to answer any questions, she also uses her experience & initiative to get things done with the least amount of stress for clients. Nicolette knows our area like the back of her hand & helped us immensely in a tricky market, we’re very happy to be moving into our new home & highly recommend Nicolette to anyone thinking of buying or selling in Maraetai.
