We entrusted Nicole to sell our two houses and we were beyond happy both times! She got us quick results and made the whole experience fun and easy, instead of stressful. She provided such a cool, welcoming atmosphere during the open home by bringing in a coffee machine, so people could walk around and really feel like they belonged there. She's really friendly and approachable and you can tell she puts her whole heart into the job. Nicole's marketing is also fun and alluring which drew us a big crowed and some keen buyers, then when it came to the sale she put her sales lady hat on and got our buyer to a price that we were very happy with.
