What an exceptional outstanding Real Estate Agent who went above and beyond every day.

Nicole was exceptional throughout this whole sale process. I use the term Exceptional and Outstanding not lightly. Nothing at all was an issue for Nicole. We had regular updates, our advertising was always refreshed, Nicole attended all the open homes, even putting extra open homes on. Nicole was relentless when a prospective buyer came through and it was as a result of this we got our sale. We are in a tough market and as the saying goes, "When the going get's tough the tough get going" It was evident Nicole worked through creative ways to advertise and sell our property. Imagine her ability in a good market. We spend a lot of time overseas and Nicole even arranged to have the power put on in her own name. What agents will do that. Nicole arranged the staging with discounts, extra time for staging at no cost and did a whole lot of extras for us which we greatly appreciated. I have several properties and when the time comes the decision will be very easy as to who I will choose to sell them. Can't thank you enough Nicole.
