Nicole disappointing

Nicole made things easy at the beginning to fill the forms in and was easy to contact but after we went unconditional it become very disappointing. She should of told us to come straight up to the house to put the sold sticker on the poster of the house she didn't inform us that she did it without us there. When it was settlement day she didn't meet us to give us the key she left it else where. The things that were meant to be sorted before settlement were not done. Once it was unconditional and she got her payment she forgot about us completely.
