From the first home viewing, to the finalising of the purchase agreement, we found Nicole enthusiastic, helpful and prompt in her interactions and dealings with us. She was also a calm presence at the auction, which was most welcome! We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and can happily recommend her as an agent.

Nicole took the stress out of selling our family home of 15 years. She advised us from the outset as to what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale and what we didn't need to do. Nicole kept us updated on a regular basis with feedback from potential buyers and what was happening in the market, so we felt well informed and in good hands. Nicole is easy to work with and was quick to respond to any queries we had. Working with Nicole was a great experience, she made the selling process a breeze and gave us excellent guidance through the auction process, which ensured that we got a good price for our home. We would recommend Nicole to anyone looking to sell their residential property and we would have no reservations in choosing to use Nicole again should the need arise.

Working with Nicole was such a pleasure from the get go - her communication throughout the whole process, along with her care and insight kept us at peace right till handover. We highly recommend working with Nicole and we wish her all the best! Alisha & James
