Communication throughout was impeccable, including afterhours text message replies to my many ridiculous questions. Enthusiastic, warm personality which draws you in. Never over promised and nothing was a problem, even when I thought it was. The "front of house" was that of a professional who knew how to keep the client supported, which in turn built a relationship and resulted in a successful result for everyone involved. We both hope that we can utilize Nicole's services should we need sometime in the future.
