From start to finish Nicole was amazing. We asked for a valuation and Nicole was only too happy to assist. She provided us with a fair appraisal (not overly optimistic) and devised a strategy for the sale. Her marketing of the property was second to none. Nothing was ever too much effort for Nicole - she answered every question we had (even ones about the purchase of our new property). She is thoughtful, professional and amazing at her job. We would recommend Nicole to anyone wanting to sell their house and we WILL use her again when (if) we sell!
