The decision to put my property on the market was an emotionally laden and difficult choice to make. I have many fond memories of my home and was reluctant to sell. Together we formed a marketing plan, Nicola's knowledge of both the local and the wider market being invaluable to the process. On occasion, being unable to leave the property during open homes due to a mobility issue, I witnessed Nicola's style while showing around prospective buyers. She has an innate ability to strike a balance between giving people information and knowing when to give them space to explore and discover all a property has to offer. I have brought and sold several properties in my lifetime and Nicola is the hardest working agent I have ever encountered. She gives her all to the sale of a property and is fabulous with keeping the vendor in the loop regarding client feedback, she was always available to answer any questions I had. Her communication style is honest and direct, she is a great listener, I always felt heard and supported by Nicola. If I had to choose only one word to describe Nicola I would choose integrity. She is, at all times, 100% trustworthy, professional and hardworking and I highly recommend her to anyone considering putting their property on the market.
