The process of selling; advertising, open home etc was very well handled. Nicola obviously knows her territory very well. However, once a contract was in place, communications became a little too slow. I feel (and this is not a negative) “in the loop keeping” could have been a little better at times. Having said that, would I recommend Nicola? An unequivocal yes. She’s has a lovely warm personality that she beautifully integrates with an excellent knowledge of her profession.

We were very satisfied with our experience buying on the Thames Coast. Nicola had found the right balance of support and professionalism which gave us confidence the right decisions were being made. She was clearly respectful of her professional obligations to the vendor, and yet able to give a degree of personal support to us as purchasers which we found invaluable. Her communication was excellent. Her knowledge and attention to detail was very good. We would have no hesitation to recommend Nicola.
