At the time of buying this property I was dealing with a major health scare and also a marriage breakup which entailed selling the matrimonial home! So three of the most stressful things to have and all at the same time! Nicola was absolutely amazing!! She was professional and thorough, answered all of my questions (however stupid they were at times) and reassured me throughout the process. I'd never bought a house purely for me before and Nicola kindly introduced me to the wonderful ladies at Atkinson Crehan Law so that I could get the ball rolling immediately. Nicola was quick to pass messages back and forth to and from the vendors so that we were both aware of the progress made. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Nicola to prospective Vendors and Buyers.
