Nicola's hard work and professionalism in the local real estate market has been a feature for many years. Motueka is a small town and word gets around very quickly as to who delivers the best outcome for vendors and purchasers. Nicola and her hard working offsider Kelly, kept us in the loop all the way. A well put together advertising programme, a detailed breakdown of the open homes and reaction from viewers of the property helped assuage us that we were doing the right thing. Her hard work was epitomised by the long hours she racked up in the two days before the auction to ensure that one very keen buyer was given every opportunity to be part of the process. The result, wonderful.
