As first-time home sellers, and being based in Auckland, we had many questions about the local market, marketing approaches and the sales process generally. We were purchasing a property. Nicky obviously is working to get the best deal for her vendor, but was very helpful and fair in her dealings with us. She always answered any questions we had promptly, with reference to the vendor whenever necessary. While we were viewing the property, there was no gushing or pushing or rabbiting on, she is really a model of what you want from a real estate agent as a purchaser.
