We were the winners of a property auctioned by Nicky and Tim. They were very accommodating to arrange a private viewing the day prior to auction. The auction went to negotiation which was handled very respectfully for both parties. We were given the opportunity to meet with the vendor who was selling under very emotional circumstances and the way this was handled was very professional and, we believe, beneficial for both parties. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Nicky and Tim again.
