I was unable to make any Open Homes due to distance , but Nicky went out of her way to make viewing arrangements at other times more suited for me.If Nicky didn't know the answer to a specific detail, it wasn't very long before one was provided. It was nice to have an agent giving an honest estimate of value given the current market conditions, rather than inflated, unrealistic figures that would have stalled the intire process, and no-doubtedly delivered no result.
