At a time when viewing a property (let alone buying) was fraught with Covid-related hurdles, Nicki & Dan just made it seem easy. Firstly, they ran a fast, effective and smooth process. Even when the auction was bought forward after little more than a week, we'd had enough time to see the property, complete our due diligence and be ready to bid. And when the auction had to be conducted entirely online/by-phone (which was new to us), they took the time to explain it all beforehand and gave us a fabulous agent to be our bidder (thanks Marcia!). Secondly, they were really responsive. It's hardly a buyers market out there, but we weren't made to feel like just another number. Every time we had a question or needed more information or access to the property - we promptly received the help we needed. Plus they kept us informed and checked-in frequently. And finally, there's the post-purchase service. From organising the deposit to conducting a pre-settlement inspection to getting the keys (and a lovely moving in basket), they again were an absolutely pleasure to deal with.
