Nick has completed a Diploma in Real Estate, the highest qualification in the real estate industry, thereby qualifying him for ARIENZ status.
Nick grew up in the high country on Blackmount Station in Western Southland where his family farmed for 35 years. He attended Lincoln University where he gained a Diploma in Farm Management. Nick then spent two years overseas playing rugby in Scotland and South Africa before returning to Southland. In 1997, he enjoyed developing his own intensive sheep and cattle property in the Lilburn Valley near Tuatapere.
In 2005 Nick, his wife, Erin and their two children, moved to Te Anau then took on the new challenge of selling real estate based in Te Anau where he has been servicing the Te Anau and Western Southland areas.
Currently elected for his second term on the local Fiordland Community Board for the Southland District Council, Coaching and managing local rugby teams, getting out and about in the Fiordland wilderness hunting, fishing and tramping, traveling, and playing the odd game of golf, keep Nick busy in what many consider New Zealand’s most scenic area to live.
