Nick made the entire process of purchasing straight forward from securing the property through to the pre-inspection process. Allways made himself available and followed through with anything that needed to be sorted. Worked well ensuring that he vendor followed through with anything that needed to be sorted. Great guy to deal with and would highly recommend if you are the vendor or the buyer.
