We had good communications with the agents and they cleared up all doubts that came up before the offer document. There were more communications as we went unconditional and it went smoothly. After we went unconditional most of our queries were directed through the solicitor. When we did the final inspections there was a hiccup and we had to reschedule so they were gracious to give us an alternate time from their busy schedules. After the bank cleared the home settlement we picked up the keys from their office. Overall easy to deal with.

We first met Nick almost 6 years ago when we shifted to New Zealand from UK. He was the seller's agent then and was extremely helpful in making the process as seamfree as possible. I can not recommend Nick highly enough, he literally restored my faith in Real-estate agents!
