Nick and his team delivered exactly as promised in a tough market. Communication was faultless, we knew what was happening and when. Team Lyus went over and above and provided nice extra touches which made a huge difference. Would definitely recommend Nick to anyone who is looking to sell in the Ellerslie and surrounds areas.
Nick and Yvette ran a professional campaign to sell our property and assisted us with purchasing a new property. Their input during negotiation’s on our new purchase was very valuable.
Nick and his team know the Ellerslie market well. We really valued his advice about how to prepare the property for sale to get the best result. Despite a good turnout of interested buyers at the auction, the property was passed in, but Nick continued to work hard to resent us with offers and we sold shortly after the auction. Nick and his team work well together and respond to queries quickly. We had full confidence in their ability to get the property sold.
Our experience of Nick and the team, and their handling of our two properties to deliver the desired results, are as follows; They offered a different “lens” on how to present our properties, including practical solutions and contacts from the get-go, e.g., home staging to appeal to specific buyers, targeted contacts, in particular for obtaining a Certificate of Acceptance (CoA) for unconsented works which we had not been able to find a solution to for the many months during the previous campaign, a handyman for those small jobs that needed doing before going on the market. This all added up to a team who had the experience and know-how to move forward to get where we needed to be to sell in this market. This was refreshing and saved us valuable time. Other positives were; - We had a team of 2+ working for us (compared with a sole agent) - Their use of digital marketing - Paperless transactions - Quick turnaround for responses (group chat) - Mentally, we were able to continue going because Nick and the team always presented with confident and positive vibes, and a sense they were genuinely committed to helping us move on, and fast! - Helped broker our purchase, which has been integral to the negotiations, cooperation and good will of the vendor in helping us secure the perfect home – a win all around!
Nick and his team worked really hard to get the best results available in today's market. Their communication was excellent so I always knew where things were at. The marketing materials produced by the team were very professional and attractive. They went the extra mile to follow up with all possible buyers. When it came to crunch time, Nick managed to get interested buyers to commit to putting offers forward. Both properties sold within a month of listing which was a great result!
Nick and Nicki delivered us a good result in a very tough market. Their communication was quick, clear and honest which meant we always felt like we knew what was going on. All decisions were made with us so we always felt in control and able to collaborate with them. They struck the right balance between being professional but also ready to get stuck in and help out. They were always strategizing about the next move which is important in this market where you have to be dynamic to make your listing appealing to different buyers and avoid it appearing stale. We liked the combo of two agents from the start, both in terms of how they were able to present our house at open homes and their different styles meaning they could appeal to different buyers. They make a great team. It felt like they were truly invested in helping us achieve our ambitions of moving into our next home and celebrated with us when we got the result. Would highly recommend both Nick & Nicki, you're in a safe pair of hands.
Nick is very motivated and has strong passion on his career. The house was sold 10 days after listing, a good result at this market. Excellent service and communication. We feel very comfortable working with Nick. The team has good procedures, follow up and monitor every steps. Thanks Nick and the team :)
Nick and his partner Nicki Lambert worked so well together. Nick is a great communicator and thinks of every little detail. We felt very confident that they would sell our house and we were very pleased by the end result. Nick is always thinking ahead and was able to guide us through a very difficult time. He is very personable, well organized and capable.
Selling our home with Nick and Sarah was stress-free, easy and seamless. They worked hard to ensure we had the very best marketing strategy and follow-up, and in turn, great interest and open home attendance. They were professional and communicative, and made us feel at ease and confident in a tough market. We had multiple bidders at our auction, delivering a result we were happy with. We would highly recommend Nick and Sarah!
Very happy to have trusted the sale of my home to Nick. He was always professional in approaching all stages in the marketing and eventual sale of my home. I appreciated being kept up to date with progress throughout the campaign. Nick has a broad knowledge of the real estate market and always has a solution to any challenges. He is unwavering in his dedication, engages very well with purchasers and has a sense of humour to be appreciated.
We had a fabulous experience selling and buying with Nick and Yvette. Their professionalism and communication was excellent. The marketing campaign they delivered was incredible! Would not hesitate to recommend them to any future sellers.
