He kept us up to date with the whole process from the beginning until the sale of our home. His knowledge of buying and selling houses is excellent and communication also excellent. Nick sold our house quicker than we could ever have imagined. He was honest, straight up, no mucking around. With his advice we put a reasonable price on the house, and he was able to get it for us. Nick and his team area friendly and engaging. Very keen to sell your place the best way possible. I did find that as soon as the place sold and they took their full commission from the 10% deposit, their service dropped considerably (not answering our questions) and when they did get in touch it was for the buyer so it started to feel like they were acting in the buyers interest more than our own. It was my first time selling a house so not sure if this happens with all agents.
