Nick is very personable and presentable . He knows the New Plymouth market very well, our property was on leasehold land so our sale price expectation needed to be managed to meet the market. I think it was sold after 3 or 4 open homes from which we received comprehensive and prompt feedback from Nick Hughes after each one. Throughout the process he maintained professionalism , facilitating copy alterations at our request and as we were out of town during the sale , he even offered to keep a small patch of garden weeded.
