A Great Experience Selling Remotely

We recently sold our home in Hamilton with Nick while living in Australia, so the entire process was handled remotely. Nick made what could have been a difficult process incredibly straightforward. His communication was excellent from start to finish - always prompt, proactive and keeping us informed. Most importantly, we found Nick to be very honest and straightforward. He gave us his genuine opinion rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear, particularly when it came to where we should spend money preparing the house for sale. Despite the difficult market, we achieved a price we were very happy with within a relatively short timeframe.
