Nick most certainly exceeded expectations on more then one occasion.

Good timely responses to any queries, with the follow through that made me and my wife feel comfortable that our asset was in good hands especially concidering we are living overseas. Nick truly went above and beyond typical duties to insure things would go as smoothly as possible.
