Nick was unfazed by the state of the property. He went over and above to help (which made a real difference as we were out of town). The property sold quickly for more than we had anticipated. (And sold for significantly more than was suggested by the other agents we had shown the property to, prior to appointing Nick). Nick has been absolutely fantastic the whole way through our buying process, being we were first home buyers we always had so many questions about the process and nick was always there to answer our calls and texts, he is very Knowledgeable and a great communicator. My partner and I were purchasing our first house which can be a daunting experience and we certainly felt out of our depth.
