We gave up trying!

Going to market was scary for us. We were never sure if we were going to get what we wanted, due to the house needing a few fix ups, we felt stuck! With Nick's help he made us believe we could sell it and at the price we wanted. It was a bit of a slog having to go to market twice but Nick didn't give up on us. He was encouraging and he really knew the market. He is a great agent and great at his job. But it was the encouragement when we were flat and the personal interest he took into selling our house that was the support we needed. Appreciate all he did for us. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for all the support Nick!! We got there in the end!
