I chose Nick because he is in a business group I belong to. Prior to committing to Nick we made sure he fitted us as sellers and our expectations and did further background checking on him. Long story short he is by far the best Real Estate agent we have ever dealt with, and we would have no hesitate to recommend him to anyone else buying or selling property.
