I honestly cannot recommend Nick highly enough. To be perfectly honest, we were wary of selling our house and going through real estate agents, but Nick has made the process a breeze. His communication is excellent, and he proactively kept us in the loop with updates. We appreciated how he reality checked us, and I never felt like he was trying to promise what was unrealistic. He has an excellent knowledge of Welcome Bay and great connections with potential buyers.
