Initial conversations with Nick revealed that he is realistic and understands his market. I appreciated his conservative approach, which ended up with a very good result. From the time we first interacted until now, Nick has been attentive, always seeking clarification if something comes up we hadn't previously covered, and reported as arranged on how the marketing/open homes were going. He also reported to me any phone calls he received from the potential purchaser or their lawyer. His communication cannot be faulted. This is not just a job for Nick - at no time did I get the feeling that he was 'just ticking boxes', and at times I know he 'went the extra mile' for us. I appreciated engaging with this genuine helpful human being.
