Nick and his team guided us through the process of selling our first house and we felt at ease in his care and with his guidance. A great communicator he talked through all the steps and what needed to be done and when. He gave us the time to come to decisions that we needed to make without feeling pressured or pushed in a certain direction. What we thought was going to be a fraught and anxious time was anything but. Nick knew how to market the property in a difficult environment for sellers and was able to achieve a result that we had initially thought unreachable. A great result. In the end it was relatively painless and uncomplicated experience. When there were small hiccups they were explained and dealt with accordingly without much fuss or delay.
