Nick came with a very positive attitude and great advice right from the start. His communication was excellent; no question was too small. He kept us in the loop the whole time and was very professional with his advice and how he conducted himself throughout the whole process. More importantly, he listened to us, and we trusted him in the process. This was a difficult decision for us selling our home that we have loved for so long but Nick was empathetic and full of encouragement. His advice to get our home staged hugely paid off and our home was sold within 3 days. We cannot recommend Nick highly enough ... if you are thinking of selling your home, definitely give Nick a call!
