As my title suggests, when you put your most valuable possession in an agents hands you want to feel everything is handled ethically. You don’t want to feel misled, harassed, pressured or not important. Nick always provided timely feedback, market conditions in real time, answered my questions so that I truely understood every step of the process. Nick always allowed me to give feedback based on perhaps more feelings than fact without judgement. For me the process to sell was long and at times unsettling, but all good things come to those who wait and in my case those who trust their agent! I have no hesitation in recommending Nick, he will be my go to should I need his services in the future. We had many laughs along the way so hand on heart if you want all round agent you don’t need to go further than the name Nick Badger. Said with all the respect he deserves.
