Nics enthusiasm and passion when he first came to give us an appraisal was apparent. We did our homework on the local agents in the area and he stood out from the others. His attention to detail and the fact we could ask questions on another house we were planning to purchase and he gave us honest answers, which helped us through this minefield of buying and selling. He found us a buyer and got the price which he said he would. All in all the whole process went pretty smoothly considering the competition in the street.
