Being Home owners already via gifting we were looking to purchase a second home for our growing family when we met Nicholas. This was our first proper introduction into the house hunting world and we were still young and naive ( Early 30's ) but Nicholas helped guide us through this process which made things alot easier, he could see we were new to the game and surprisingly very helpful with sharing his knowledge with us which in turn helped us to make a decisive decision. Now the owners of 2 properties we are ready to begin a new chapter in our lives.
