We first met Nicholas 6 years ago when he helped us buy our home, and we had such a fantastic experience that he was the first person who came to mind when we decided to sell and move to Christchurch. Having now worked with him on both sides of the process, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Nicholas has the perfect combination of professionalism, personality and genuine care. He’s so easy to talk to that you could happily spend hours chatting with him, and we always felt we were in the best possible hands. The marketing of our home was fantastic, from the beautiful photos and video to the excellent communication throughout the campaign. Our WhatsApp group made staying up to date easy, and Nicholas was always responsive, positive and approachable. Although the house took a little longer to sell than we initially hoped, Nicholas never lost his positivity or his belief in the value of our home. He never pressured us to drop the price just to secure a quicker sale. Instead, he stood by his professional opinion and remained focused on achieving the best possible outcome for us. Now that we’re unconditional, we respect him even more for this. He could have pushed for a price reduction to make a quicker sale, but he stayed true to what he believed was right for us. Our marketing was so attractive that our eventual buyer came through an open home, fell in love with the presentation, and decided they wanted to sell their own home with Nicholas too! If that isn’t a testament to the quality of his work, we don’t know what is. Selling with a 16-month-old toddler and open homes every weekend wasn’t always easy, but Nicholas and his team made the process as stress-free as possible. They accommodated nap times, allowed us to take breaks when needed, and never made us feel pressured to have a perfectly clean home.
