We decided to sell our home in the middle of winter, during a slow period in the market. Having watched the property market in Tauranga for a number of years, we had noticed Nicholas being the agent for high value, quality homes. Now that we needed a good agent, we saw that Nicholas had branched out and started his own real estate firm. After having an initial conversation with Nicholas, I realized straight away that he was exactly the agent we were after - he knew the market, was energetic, enthused about the process, and was someone we could entrust the sale of the property to. Nicholas had plenty of contacts for the whole process, from staging the property to having a building inspection done. Any potential sticking points were handled in a timely manner to ensure the process stayed on track. For anyone looking for a real estate agent, I cannot recommend Nicholas highly enough. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and goes the extra mile to make the sale happen, the whole time. Highly recommended.
