Nicholas has been great to deal with. We had bought the property through him four years ago so he was a known quantity and we had no hesitation in getting him to sell the property. He carefully explained what he thought was the best strategy and what a plan B would look like. He is an excellent communicator and gave frequent written and verbal updates on the sale progress. Ultimately the sale was reasonably complex and drawn out but he stuck with it and still gave it his 100% to get the sale over the line. Nothing was a problem. Nicholas is also ably assisted by his wife Genna who provided a fair bit of the support for our deal.
