Nicholas had our property on his books through a tough time, just before Christmas 2022, over the quiet Jan 2023 period then Feb when interest finally picked up. Nicholas managed to somehow draw the best offers from potential purchasers to bring to us which resulted in a sale via a backup offer when the original offer fell over.
