I sent 8 leads out to agents to sell my house. Nicholas' team called me in 5 minutes. Another 24 hours later the next another 24 hours. As for the other 5? Nicholas was the only one interested in selling my house... he took the time to listen to me... more importantly he was the only one to look at my property in detail and he was the only one to give me sound positive advice on what to do and how to do it to to maximize my opportunities. The other 2 gave me pricing way under what Nicholas said I could achieve. I was lucky I even achieved more than what he had in the proposal. Yah. Nicholas is a born sales man with a passion for sound advice. Honorable and totally trusted him in the process. I couldn't believe how fast he sold my house... nor can anyone else... luck... maybe - but if I had gone with the other guys... it would probably be still for sale or sold for way under what I got.
