We met with Nick (he was punctual) - he set out a deceptively simple and straightforward marketing plan which we stuck to and it worked. Nick's style is friendly and engaging - he informed us of a couple of items we needed to get seen to in order to proceed with selling which was much appreciated. Ultimately the property sale was at the price we wanted and it was achieved without stress. Nick is very pleasant to deal with and is communication excellent. Highly recommend!
